In any lifetime, if we have created a strong mental pattern then it may affect us this lifetime too.
Our mental pattern directly affects our physical body, by changing our mental pattern we can prevent many diseases. Here is a list of some common diseases or disorders and its correlated root mental patterns.

MENTAL PATTERN AND ITS RELATED DISEASE
DIABETES – It is caused by wrong food habits and running after desires and thoughts that will not bring fulfillment
HYPERTENSION OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE – It is caused by a pattern of laziness and fears when one’s survival is challenged.
ARTHRITIS – It is caused by the wrong pattern about self and the guilt one carries i.e. the shrinking idea.
RELATIONSHIP ISSUE – It relates to the pain memories (whether physical, mental or emotional pain) due to inability to expand in life.
LIVER DISEASE – Strong intellectuals who function purely on logic and cannot embrace life that is beyond logic suffer from it.
PATTERN OF ARROGANCE – creates cancer at the organs near the reproductive system.
BODY PAIN AND INSENSITIVITY – TV watching is also a cancerous mental pattern because it creates a lot of pain and insensitivity and is responsible for losing connection with others.
PARKINSON DISEASE – It is caused by 2 key patterns
a) mental supremacy and
b) ignorance of one’s physical and emotional development.
DEPRESSION – It is caused by a mental pattern of intense worry for health problems or death; by the pattern of inertia, restlessness or suppression.
NECK PAIN- This is due to stress or tension.
PAIN ON UPPER BELLY REGION- Due to insecurities to represent yourself, fear, social insecurities.
BACK PAIN- Suppressed emotions.
LEFT BREAST- Deep emotions related to love and losing someone.
RIGHT BREAST- Excessive thinking, excess logic and talking, ego hurts.
There are thousands of diseases or disorders that are caused by mental patterns expressed as lifestyle habits and mental conditioning. If we are ready to look honestly within ourselves, we will be able to understand how we attract certain diseases or disorders to ourselves.
By understanding the pattern we should work on positive mental attitude and affirmation, also we should learn to change our thought pattern.
